9. ARC Protect
Definition:
The electric arc occurs in the circuit.
Possible causes:
1. The electric arc occurs on the DC side;
2. Fault with the ARC board
Recommended solutions:
1. Check whether the circuit is in good
condition, including the cable aging and
animal gnawing; If no problem is found,
restart the inverter to clear the ARC Protect
alarm.
2. Contact after-sales service personnel
10. ARC Board
Error
Definition:
Self-checking of the ARC board fails
Possible causes:
1. Communication error in the connection
between the ARC board and the inverter
2. Abnormal with the ARC board
Recommended solutions:
1. Check whether the communication cable of
the ARC board is normal. Turn off the power
supply and restart the inverter to see whether
the alarm will be eliminated automatically;
2. Contact after-sales service personnel
Note: The “ARC Board Error” doesn’t interfere
with the normal operation of the inverter.
