7 Installation
7.1 General notes for the Installation
Information!
Check the packaging carefully for damage. In case of damage, please contact the carrier or CS
Instruments GmbH & Co.KG.
Information!
Check the completeness of the delivery.
7.2 Storage
Store the sensor in a dry and dust-free place
Store the sensor in the original packaging
The permissible storage temperatures are -40°C ... 80°C
7.3 Transport
Attention!
There is a risk of injury from unsecured devices.
During transport, prevent the device from slipping or turning
unintentionally.
Do not use transport chains, as these will damage the housing.
The unit must not be lifted by the housing head for transport.
For transport, use carrying straps which you place around both process
connections.
7.4 Pipe/tube requirements
Correctly sized gaskets
Correct aligned flanges and gaskets
Diameter mismatch at the pipe junctions should be avoided but must be less
than 1mm. For further information see ISO 14511
Ensure clean pipes after installation
