3. Remove the air filter and pre cleaner.
4. Slide the pre cleaner off of the air filter.
See Figure 9.5.
5. Install by following the above steps in reverse
order.
To clean a pre cleaner:
1. Remove the pre cleaner following the steps
described above.
2. The foam pre clean should be cleaned by:
2a. Wash the filter in warm soapy water.
2b. Rinse it and let it air dry.
IMPORTANT: Always replace a damaged filter.
NOTE: Do not oil the pre cleaner before placing
it on the air filter. The oil can wick into the air fil-
ter, reducing the air flow through the air filter.

Oil change
The oil change interval is every 100 hrs.
NOTE: The first oil change should be preformed
at 5 hours.
To change the oil:
1. Remove the cap from the oil drain.
See Figure 9.6.
2. Remove the dipstick.
3. Slide a piece of 1/2” rubber hose onto the drain.
See Figure 9.7.
4. Squeeze the two red tabs together and pull out
on the drain. See Figure 9.7.
