NOTE: When steaming seafood, use the MEDIUM heat setting. All other steaming can be done
on HIGH, as per the above Guidelines Table.
NOTE: Cooking Time includes the heat up time, of 6 minutes. All foods should be placed on the
steaming tray before turning on.
