To Store:
When using a vehicle belt to secure the Base, the
LATCH Connectors MUST be stored in the Base. Loose
Connectors could seriously injure vehicle occupants in
the event of a crash.
Fully extend the LATCH strap. Slide each connector
back into its Storage slot until an audible CLICK is heard.
Close the Lock-o. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the Latch
Strap when storing.
Remove most of the slack from the LATCH strap by
pulling on the LATCH Adjuster Strap until it lays flat on
the bottom of the base.
Do not remove more slack from the LATCH Strap than
necessary to allow it to lie flat on the bottom of the Base
between the Belt Guides.

After tightening, tuck the excess strap into the
vehicle seat bight to get it out of the way.
