NEVER install this child restraint using a
non-locking vehicle lap shoulder belt. ( See page 28-29)
Place child in the carrier.
Position the infant carrier on a rear vehicle seat, with the
handle in Position A ( see page 20), with the foot end
towards the vehicle seat back, push it firmly against the
vehicle seat.
Route the lap belt portion of the seat belt
into the belt guides on the CARRIER.
Make sure the belt is correctly routed on
both sides and buckle the belt.
WARNING! To avoid serious injury or death,
the vehicle belt buckle must under
no circumstances reach the lower lap belt guide.
If the belt stalk is too long, the infant car seat is
not suitable for use in this position in the
vehicle. In case of doubt, please contact
the manufacturer of your vehicle.
