Connect the power meter to X5M/5 and X5M/6. See "9.2.4 To connect the
electricity meters"[482].

▪ Single-phase outdoor unit
▪ Backup heater supplied from a single-
phase grid (i.e. the backup heater
model is *6V connected to a single-
phase grid).
Single-phase
(*6V (6V): 1N~230V)
▪ Three-phase outdoor unit
▪ Backup heater supplied from a three-
phase grid (i.e. the backup heater
model is *9W or *6V connected to a
three-phase grid).
Three-phase
(*6V (6T1): 3~230V)
(*9W: 3N~400V)

Exception
▪ You can use a second power meter if:
- The power range of one meter is insufficient.
- The electrical meter cannot easily be installed in the electrical cabinet.
- 230V and 400V three-phase grids are combined (very uncommon), because of
technical limitations of power meters.
