To remove the water pump housing
Prerequisite: Stop the unit operation via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "3.17Plate work"[4230].
1 Drain water from the water circuit, see "4.3.2Repair procedures"[4302].
2 Disconnect the connectors from the water pump motor.

3 Unscrew the upper and lower nuts that fix the water pump housing to the
water circuit pipes.
CAUTION
Use a counterforce when unscrewing or tightening the nuts to make sure NOT to
damage the piping.
4 Remove the water pump housing.
5 To install the water pump housing, see "3.24.2Repair procedures"[4279].
To install the water pump housing
1 Install the water pump housing in the correct location.
