The safety option was powered up. After the power up self-test (PUST), the safety option requests
a reset.
N O T I C E
When the safety option indicates an error or warning, the LCP shows the warning Safe Option Failure [W252] if the warning is
not overwritten by a higher priority alarm. As a possible solution, check the connection between the safety option terminal S12
and terminal 37 on the control card.
