The Dash Express screen says ‘Searching for GPS’.
Your Dash Express depends on information received from GPS satellites to
determine your position. If your Dash Express loses contact with the satellites,
the car icon is replaced by a question mark and your current street will be
replaced with a “Searching for GPS” message. Try the following:

your vehicle away from buildings or other major obstructions if necessary.
My Dash Express is unresponsive or ‘frozen’.
Please try resetting the device:
1. Connect the Dash Express to its power source (AC or 12v car adapter).
2. Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds.
This restarts the Dash Express.
What is the USB port used for?
The USB port may be used with the included AC adapter. USB connection to
a computer is currently inactive and reserved for future functionality.
My Dash Express doesn’t respond properly when I touch the screen.
You may need to realign the touch screen. To do this:
1. Tap
> settings.
2. Scroll down to realign touch screen.
If frozen,
press and
hold the
power
button to
reset
