Mounting the Device
Failure to follow these precautions may result in unsafe driving
conditions

mounts while operating motor vehicles. Check your local and
state laws and regulations for similar restrictions. Dash Navi-
gation, Inc. bears no responsibility for any fines, penalties or
damage that may be incurred by disregarding this notice. While
driving in California and Minnesota, Dash recommends using
disk mounting as described in the Installation guide.
Using the device

GPS Information

performance of all GPS equipment, including the Product.
Although the Product is a precision navigation device, any
navigation device can be misused or misinterpreted and,
therefore, may become unsafe.
