FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits
under Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) tests for portable devic-
es operating closer than 20 cm to nearby persons, set forth in
an uncontrolled environment. The Gryphon M44XX cordless
imaging reader has been demonstrated to meet these RF emis-
sions safety limits.
Canadian Notice
This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt
RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference, including interfer-
ence that may cause undesired operation of the device.
