Removing the SSD

NOTE: This system has option to t two form factors (M.2 2242 and M.2 2230) SSD / eMMC cards. This is achieved by
removing, inverting and, installing the extender to alternate location as marked on the palmrest.
Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2 Remove the:
a micro-SD card
b base cover
c battery
3 Remove the single M2xL4 screw securing the SSD on the extender [1].
4 Remove the SSD from the M.2 slot on the system board [2].

Installing the SSD
1 Install the SSD in the M.2 bracket [1] and secure it using the single M2xL4 screw [2] securing it to the extender.
