1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. Batteries
b. Bottom chassis cover
c. PCIe heatsink assembly
d. Battery bay
e. Left I/O daughterboard
f. Smart card
3. Peel off the tape on express card FPC connector [1] and disconnect it [2] from system board.
