Set Up Actuator Damper Output
This section describes how to set up the actuator damper output.
To set up an actuator damper output:
1. In the
field, select

2. In the

is selected automatically.
3. In the
field, select the method of control used on the damper signal.
For more information about control types, see
Appendix B Control Types
on page 63.
4. If you are using an analog actuator, in the
field, choose between direct or reverse
control. For tri-state actuators, use the
field to set the damper’s open and
close direction.
5. Click the “+” sign and in
, enter the amount of time it takes to move the
damper from fully open to fully closed positions.
6. If you are setting up a tri-state actuator with damper feedback, set up damper feedback
on the Local Inputs tab in the configuration graphic.
