Cause: CamIn change to another CAM table when the
one started has not finished
Action: enable the CAM function again

the available range
Cause:
Activation Mode is not 0 or 1
Action: set up the setting vale and restart the CAM
funciton

CamIn start mode setting exceeds the
available range
Cause:
Cam Start Mode setting value is not within the
range 0~3
Action: set the Cam Start Mode value in the range

CamIn master scaling is set to 0.0
Cause: Cam Master Scaling is set to 0
Action: set the Master Scaling to a value other than 0
and restart Cam again

CamIn slave scaling is set to 0.0
Cause: Cam Slave Scaling is set to 0
Action: set the Slave Scaling to a value other than 0 and
restart Cam
