Abnormal Signal Output
Causes Checking Method Corrective Actions
The encoder is in error
and cause the
abnormal signal output
Check the fault records
(P4-00~P4-05). See if the alarm
exists with the encoder error
(AL011, AL024, AL025, AL026)
Conduct the corrective actions of
AL011, AL024, AL025, AL026
The output pulse
exceeds the hardware
allowable range.
Check if the following conditions
produce:
P1-76 < Motor Speed or

Correctly set parameter P1-76
and P1-46:
