Also, ensure that the PURE DIRECT mode is not set; use a different surround mode. Finally, confirm that the resolution of the monitor device connected to the component monitor output connector matches the AVC-A1XV’s resolution, using the SCALE button on the main unit or remote to check the resolution setting.
