700 SERIES MACHINE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Note: based on a 16-hour day. Daily & yearly checks to be carried out regardless of actual running time.
Weekly, monthly & 3 monthly intervals may be adjusted to suit actual machine running time.

BRAKE ARM
Check operation of brake arm, spool is running free when brake is down and is
stopped when brake is on (arm up). Clean brake belt & brake boss surfaces with
IPA if not stopping effectively or adjust tension

Check pads are not split or damaged, replace when required
LIMIT CUSHION

Check for wear or break-up of pad material on bottom stop and damping washer on
each rod.

RODS / BEARINGS
Clean and lubricate.
Check surface condition of shaft for wear. Check the bearings for wear. Replace if
shafts do not move up/down smoothly. (Refer to parts manual for parts detail)
APPLICATOR FAN Check all fans operate. With power turned off check for smooth rotation of fans and
clean fan blades and housings.
VACUUM FILTER
IN VALVE (for 11
finger type)
Check the two filters in valve Koganei valve MEDT10 (565-854) are clean. (Refer to
parts manual for parts detail)
MULTI JET AIR
BOX APPLICATOR
AIR JETS Check all air nozzles are clean and not blocked by any labels/debris
APPLICATOR
FANS
Check all fans operate. With power turned off check for smooth rotation of fans and
clean fan blades and housings.
