700 SERIES MACHINE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Note: based on a 16-hour day. Daily & yearly checks to be carried out regardless of actual running time.
Weekly, monthly & 3 monthly intervals may be adjusted to suit actual machine running time.

Check rods are clean and movement of arm is smooth (turn off air supply to check)

Check surface is clean and smooth and holes and slots for vacuum are clear.
Check spring action of shoe assembly
PIPES AND
CABLES
Check all air pipes and cables (proximity switch wire) are secure and not rubbing on
any moving parts
HS BLOW
APPLICATOR
FAN With power off, check fan is free to turn. clean any dust/dirt from fan assembly and
cover
APPLICATOR
SHOE SURFACE
Check shoe surface is clean and all air holes are clean and free of any debris.
Check shoe surface for any damage
BLOW BAR Check all blow bar holes are clear of debris. The blow bar is tight in its mounting
and facing in the correct direction.
