From the Ping request, one of the two screens below will appear.
Below is a successful communication to the labeller from the console with a reply back from 192.168.0.1
On the screen below the communication has failed (timed out and / or Destination host unreachable
check all hardware for fault.
If error is Destination host unreachable this may be due to incorrect Windows® / software setting
• Power reset the labeller board
• Check indication lights on hub and labeller board
• Check Ethernet connection plugs on main board, hub & labeller board.
