Conveyor belt removal
With the conveyor out of the machine frame, compress the spring loaded end and lock it into the com-
pressed position. The conveyor belts can now be removed from the deck.
Push in and pull down to lock into position.
Conveyor parts
On the top surface of the conveyor deck is an anti-friction tape.
It is important this is regularly checked for ware and/or damaged and replace if
needed.
Idler and driver rollers—ensure these are clean and free to rotate.
If solid track strip belts are fitted, a green collar is fitted to the centre of the roller
Roller driver (timing) belt –
Ensure this is free from
damage and correctly
adjusted for correct tension.
