Troubleshooting
Error #380 - If you get this error when
trying to display a graph, the digidata.ini
file is missing, possibly. It should be in the
same directory that the digidata.exe
program resides. If, for some reason, the
DigiData.ini file gets corrupted, there is an
original copy which can be used which is
located on the distribution disk. Also, this
error may mean that the file path length is
too long for the graph title. The graph title
is limited to 80 characters.
Not a .dgr file - If you get this message
when trying to load a graphic file into the
DigiData program - Upload Graph, it may
be that you saved a file and gave it a dgr
ending, but it is not a real .dgr file. Or you
are trying to load a file that does not end
in .dgr.
Default Pulsator Ratio parameter limits:
Bfluct Max – 1.00, MaxHiV/Pls – 13.00
MinHiV/Pls – 12.00, MinVac/Pls – 0.00
MaxAPhase – 150 ms, MinAPhase – 80 ms
MaxBPhase – 560 ms, MinBPhase – 480 ms
MaxCPhase – 150 ms, MinCPhase – 80 ms
MaxDPhase – 250 ms, MinDPhase – 200 ms
Max PPM – 62.0, Min PPM – 58.0
L. J. Engineering, Inc. has set these default values
because in their opinion these parameter limits fall
within the acceptable ranges which they are most
familiar with. These default values are in no way
cast in stone. We would recommend that the user
of the Digimet 3000 consult their equipment dealer,
the company that provides their equipment, the
manufacturer of the equipment and/or dairy
equipment consultants, etc., to determine the best
values for their equipment and systems.

DIGIMET 3000:
(1) 4' length of plastic 5/32" tubing with small
hose clamp and Acrodisc attached.
Small container includes:
(3) plastic tie wraps – for attaching
Acrodisc filters to the tubing. Tighten tie
wrap, then cut off excess.

(1) Acrodisc filters
(1) Stainless needle
(1) 1/8-27 NPT fitting
(1) 1/8-27 NPT plug
