Select weight or percentage method, enter value to activate early warning indicator reaching preset.
12.2 Manual Pen Advance
Ingredients automatically advance, Pens manually advance.
12.3 Auto Ingredient Advance
Allows hands free operation of programmed recipes. When auto advance feature activated,
indicator automatically advances to next ingredient once tolerance, and delay time
requirements met.
