you suspect it may be damaged, DO NOT USE and immediately

Caregiver: the individual(s) responsible for the care and
needs of the User, such as a spouse, adult family member
or home health aide. The Caregiver must be available at
all times to provide the User with physical and cognitive
assistance and provide supervision as needed.
