10 Hour
Change Engine Oil (Initial Service)
Change engine oil after the first 10 hours of
operation and every 100 hours thereafter.
To change:
1. While oil is warm, remove drain plug (1).
Drain oil and replace plug.
2. Remove filter (3) and replace with new filter
each time oil is changed. Add GEO at fill neck
(2) until oil level is at highest capacity on
dipstick. Capacity is 78 oz (2.3 L).
Plow
Check Plow Vibrator Oil Level
Check plow vibrator oil every 10 hours. With
vibrator horizontal, oil should be halfway up sight
glass (2). Add MPL as needed at fill (1).
IMPORTANT: See “Recommended Lubricants/
Service Key” on page 77.
Hot parts may cause burns. Do not touch until
cool or wear gloves.
