EPROM REPLACEMENT
Software changes / upgrades are accomplished by
changing the EPROM on the Control Board.
To change EPROM:
Remove power to the vender.
Remove existing EPROM.
Replace the EPROM. (The EPROM’s legs bend
easily. Remove and replace very carefully.)
Note the alignment notch at one end of the EPROM
and on the control board. The notches must be
matched or problems will occur.
Apply power to the AC distribution box.
Display will scroll “*/SOFTWARE/REV###.##/ICE
COLD PEPSI/##.##”.
