8.2 Functioning with Sanit storage heater (Optional)
The Evolution EV AC boiler may be installed together with a storage heater from the DOMUSA
Sanit range, to obtain domestic hot water. For correct installation, follow carefully the assembly
and read carefully the "Installation instructions" section of this manual.
There are two different modes of functioning. They can be selected using the mode selection
button, as shown in the figures. The selection is indicated by the two mode pilot lights on the right
of the display.

Winter mode
In this mode, the boiler can heat up the heating installation and produce hot water at the same
time. To select this mode, press the mode selection button until the two pilot lights

come on. The burner and hot water pump will switch on. When the storage heater reaches the
hot water set point temperature selected, it is ready to heat up the heating installation,
switching on the heating pump and switching off the hot water pump. The burner stops when
the boiler reaches the boiler set point temperature selected. When the room temperature
reaches the temperature adjusted on the installation room thermostat (if there is one), the
heating pump will switch off.
Summer mode
In this mode, the boiler will provide hot water only. To select this mode, press the mode
selection button until the bottom pilot light comes on (

). The burner and hot water pump
will be switched on until the storage heater reaches the selected hot water set point
temperature.
8.3 Functioning with the Underfloor Heating Kit SRAC2/EV (Optional)
The Evolution EV AC boiler may be installed together with an underfloor heating kit, SRAC2/EV.
This kit basically consists of a motorised 3-way mixing valve and an underfloor heating installation
flow temperature sensor. To correctly install it, carefully follow the assembly and connection
instructions enclosed with the kit.
The underfloor heating installation is worked by the electronic boiler control. The temperature is
adjusted by means of the installation flow sensor, selecting the flow temperature using the boiler
adjustment control dial on the control panel. It may be adjusted between 0 and 45 ºC. In this
operating mode, the boiler set point temperature is set by the electronic control at 75ºC by default,
and the installation flow temperature can be adjusted to the set point temperature selected by
working the mixing valve.
