Why does my dosatron D3 RE 10 stop or not start?
    • G
      Gregory MillsSep 12, 2025
If your Dosatron Water Pump stops or doesn't start, several issues could be the cause. First, the piston might be stalled; try resetting it manually. Another reason could be that air hasn't been properly bled from the unit; use the bleed button to remove any trapped air. Also, exceeding the maximum flow can cause this issue. In this case, reduce the flow and restart the unit. You can also check the piston valves seals to ensure correct position after unscrewing the top cap and taking off the piston. Finally, a damaged motor piston could be the culprit, requiring a return to the service center for repair.
