QuickScan HD head
HD QuickScan head is based on the HD standard concept, possibility to print on a large
marking field using high quality coding.
HD QuickScan head includes :
Beam expander (x6),
14mm Galvo Mirrors,
A Specific Galvo bloc equipped with a faster digital 14 mm Galvo.
HD QuickScan allows a faster driving of the bigger mirror than HD standard model.
HD Quickscan version (printing time = 385 ms) HD Standard version (printing time = 560 ms)
HD QuickScan allows faster printing by maintening a good quality of character shape (no
distorsion)
IP65 HD head
Two (2) options are availables when IP65 protection is required :
IP65 using Air plant
IP65 using Air Cooler
IP65 is required for:
- Dusty environment (e.g. coffee stick application),
- Harsh environment (high temperature, humidity...),
- High speed line (Air cooler version is recommended)
The following pictures are the results of marking between Quickscan and standard HD
version for an Unilever Application (49 characters messages using FD 482mm lens
with a stopping time of 400ms).
