First Measurement
Before all checking point, Service engineer has to perform a marking test and measurement of the power
outlet of the marking head with the laser power probe ENM70264 (see power measurement procedure).
The marking test will be done on the customer’s substrate and attached with the document.

Checking points (1/2)
Cabinet Checking Outside 15min
Clean cabinet and touch screen 12”.
Change filters cabinet.
Check all wiring connection (photocell, encoder, cable etc…).
Check key switches or if spare keys are missing.
Cabinet Checking Inside 15min
Check all connections on industrial Interface.
Check touch screen 12”. Adjust it if it’s necessary. (see Settings SE701)
Check connections between electronic boards and cells or alarms.
