I hereby certify that I have read and acknowledged the safety rules and general conditions of use of the
MARKEM-IMAJE laser, as they were mentioned on the user manual.
Moreover, I certify that the MARKEM-IMAJE service engineer has performed the installation according to
our requirements.
That means safety rules have to be taken to avoid any laser exposures.
The checking list below will ensure that nothing has been forgotten during the installation.
