Data Matrix : Settings & Adjustments
Accurate alignment:
The laser head has to be perfectly perpendicular to
the product otherwise the shape of data matrix will
not be squared or rectangular.
Good Vacuum:
During the coding phase, it is important that the dust
has to be vacuumed correctly. Otherwise it could
affect the contrast of the data matrix.
Suitable lens:
For getting a perfect L shaped finder pattern a
F150mm is recommended. It will give a suitable
diameter of laser beam.
Correct encoder value:
A wrong encoder value will give you a distortion on
the data matrix.
