6.2.d - SOSTITUZIONE SPAZZOLE
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le spazzole possono essere toccate solo con la mac-
china spenta e con l’ausilio di guanti di protezione
al fine di evitare lesioni causate da detriti taglienti
eventualmente presenti tra le setole.
Spazzola centrale
La spazzola deve essere sostituita quando la lunghez-
za delle setole è di 2 - 3 cm; per la sostituzione proce-
dere come segue:
- Sollevare e bloccare il contenitore rifiuti con l’appo-
sito puntale di sicurezza.
- Premere la maniglia (1) ed aprire il portello laterale
destro (2).
- Rimuovere la guarnizione parapolvere (3).
- Aprire la chiusura a gancio (4) premendo il pulsante
di fermo.
- Rimuovere il supporto (5) completo di mozzo sfilan-
dolo dal perno (6).
NOTA:
Per favorire la rimozione del supporto, battere leg-
germente con un mazzuolo sulla periferia del sup-
porto stesso.
- Estrarre la spazzola (7) sfilandola dal supporto sini-
stro.
- Posizionare la nuova spazzola orientandola in modo

- Rimuovere il filtro (1) come indicato nel paragrafo 6.2.b.
- Per rimuovere il motorino scuotifiltro (2) occorre stac-
care il relativo collegamento elettrico e smontare le
due staffe (3).
- Il cambio delle spazzole deve avvenire qualora la
lunghezza delle spazzole sia ridotta a 10 mm.

6.2.d - BRUSHES REPLACEMENT
WARNING DANGER:
Brushes can be touched exclusively when the machine
is turned off and with protective gloves, with a view
to avoiding injuries caused by sharp debris that might
be present among the bristles.
Central brush
The brush has to be replace when the bristle length is 2
- 3 cm. To replace it, follow these instructions:
- Lift and lock the waste container with its safety push
rods.
- Press the handle (1) and open the right door (2).
- Remove the dustcover gasket (3).
- Open the hook clamp (4) by pressing the retainer
push-button.
- Remove the support (5), together with its hub by
removing it from the pin (6).
NOTE:
To simplify the support removal, slightly beat with
a mallet on the outside parts of the support itself.
- Remove the brush (7) extracting it from the left support.
- Place the new brush in the right direction (see figure
A); engage the brush flange in the left hub.
6.2.c - DISASSEMBLY OF THE FILTER SHAKER
MOTOR
- Remove the filter (1) as indicated in paragraph 6.2.b.
- To extract the filter shaker motor (2) unplug power
supply and remove the two brackets (3).
- Brooms have to be replaced in case their length has
reduced to 10 mm.
