Message Status and Solution
E04 - * slot2 PERF R LOWER TOOL
Contact service person
Status: Error in the perforation lower tool (right) of the
CPM in slot 2.
Solution: Turn OFF the power and then turn ON again
after a few seconds.
If the same message
remains displayed, take a note of it and contact
our service person.
E05 - * slot2 PERF L LOWER TOOL
Contact service person
Status: Error in the perforation lower tool (left) of the
CPM in slot 2.
Solution: Turn OFF the power and then turn ON again
after a few seconds.
If the same message
remains displayed, take a note of it and contact
our service person.
E06 - *SHUTTER LOCK
Contact service person
Status: Error in the shutter area.
Solution: Turn OFF the power and then turn ON again
after a few seconds.
If the same message remains displayed, take a
note of it and contact our service person.
E07 - *MEMORY ERROR
Contact service person
Status: Memory read error.
Solution: Turn OFF the power and then turn ON again
after a few seconds.
If the same message
remains displayed, take a note of it and contact
our service person.
E08 - *MEMORY ERROR
Contact service person
Status: Memory communication error.
Solution: Turn OFF the power and then turn ON again
after a few seconds.
If the same message
remains displayed, take a note of it and contact
our service person.
E11 - *COOLING FAN** LOCK
Contact service person
Status: The cooling fan stopped.
1: Brushless PCB (Standard)
2: 5-phased PCB (Optional)
Solution: Turn OFF the power and then turn ON again
after a few seconds.
