Slitter Modules
Before Using This Machine

Removing the Slitter Units
Grasp the lower part of the
guide plate
(front, document
feed side) to remove it from the catcher. Slide it upward
to detach from the slitter module.
Gutter defl ectors
are attached to the
slitter units (left/right)
.
Adjusting the gutter defl ectors in the position

in the fi gure above drops gutter in the waste
box.
Adjusting the gutter defl ectors in the position

ejects gutter in the ejection tray as fi nished
products.
In order to cut off margins and drop them in the waste box, the
margin guides (left/right)
are attached only to the
slitter units (left/right)
on both edges.
