Slitter Modules
Before Using This Machine

When making gutter slit width 5 mm, 10 mm, or 15
mm, set the
slitter unit (right)
to the left of the position
where gutter slits are to be made and the
slitter unit
(left)
to the right.
Use the
gauge
vertically as shown in the fi gure on the
right.
Adjust the
pins
of the
slitter units (left/right)
to either
hole (5 mm/10 mm/15 mm) of the
gauge
.
If you cannot adjust the position of the slitter unit (left)
because the
gauge
comes into contact with it, set the
gauge
in the opposite orientation.
In order to adjust the next
slitter unit
position, have the
U-shaped part of the
gauge
come into contact with the
pin of the
slitter unit
secured in step 4 with no gap.

When using three or more
slitter units
, adjust the
positions of the slitter units with the gauge in the same
way as step 7.
