For optimum alignment with the flame, various adjustable ball flanges from the
D-ZS 033 can be delivered (see Figure 7.2).

The supply with purging air must also be reliably secured when the plant is in
shutdown. The purge air is necessary for the protection of systems installed
to the burner. Components are shielded from hot and/or aggressive gases
and dust by it. If the purge air fails, the lens can become quickly
contaminated, the device overheat through a build-up of heat and break.
