3. Aim at target A, and press 0SET to set the reading
of A as 0°00’00”:
4. Aim at target B, and press HOLD. The horizontal
angle shows:
5. Repeat step 3 and step 4 until the number of times for measuring the same horizontal angle
has been finished.
4.5 Measure the Zenith
It is to comfortably observe steep sights with a diagonal eyepiece, up to the zenith.
To measure the zenith, do the following:
1. Take away the original eyepiece, fit on the diagonal eyepiece and lock it.
2. Level up the instrument and power on the instrument.
3. Rotate the telescope to make the vertical angle to any angle.
