Controlloop
TheprocessvaluexinfluencesthemanipulatedvariableMbymeansoftheregulatingdevice.This
createsaclosedcircuitthatisalsoknownasacontrolloop.
If,intheexampleabove,thewindowisopened,thetemperatureintheroomdrops.Thepersonmust
increasetheheatoutputoftheheater.Iftheheatoutputisincreasedtoomuch,itwillgettoohot.The
personmustthenreducetheheatoutput.
Iftheheatoutputisincreasedorreducedtooquickly,thenthecontrolloopstartstosway.Theroom

slowlyreduceorincreasetheheatoutput.
Looperror
