Replacing the Rechargeable Battery
If you find that the internal battery is no longer functioning, please contact our Customer Service to obtain a new one.
The cost of replacement will vary based on your warranty status. Once you have received the new battery, follow
these steps to replace the old one:
1. Open the protective cover of the Internal Rechargeable Battery port.
2. Disconnect both the positive and negative wires from the old battery.
3. Unscrew the bolt to remove the securing bracket.
4. Carefully remove the old battery and insert the new one.
5. Reinstall the securing bracket.
6. Reconnect the positive and negative wires of the new battery.
Remove faulty battery
1. Unscrew the bolts.
2. Take off the mufer cap, mufer block and spark plug arrestor.
3. Clean the carbon deposits on the mufer block and the spark plug
arrestor gently with a steel wire brush to avoid any damage or
scratches to the mufer block and spark plug collector.
4. Check whether the mufer block or the spark plug arrestor is damaged,
and replace it if damaged.
5. Reinstall the parts in turn.
Cleaning the Mufer
Once the generator starts running, the engine and the mufer will become scalding hot. Do not
check or perform maintenance until the generator is completely cooled down.
