22. Privacy"
Your personal robot uses a camera to navigate and understand its environment."
22.1 Processing of camera data"
The video feed is processed on the personal robot itself. For the operation of your
personal robot there is no video data transferred to any other device, not via internet, nor
via a local network such as WiFi."
On specific events or occasions it is possible that your personal robot automatically
collects video data. The video data can be used by EEVE to train the Artificial Intelligence
system. In case there is a person seen on the video data, the personal robot will blur the
person on the video data before sending it to EEVE. The automated collected video data
can only be used for the Artificial Intelligence system or by the customer support team to
research a specific situation upon your request, see 22.3 Remote intervention."
22.2 Processing of machine data"
To monitor the state of your personal robot the personal robot captures machine
information such as power usage, temperatures, humidity, CPU/memory usage, 2D-map
information, uptime, machine states, performance of map localizations, motor
information, grass coverage performance."
The machine data contains no personal information, except for the link with your Willow
serial number."
The machine data is transferred to our cloud server over a secured internet connection."
The machine data is used to measure the performance of all the personal robots in order
to improve the service level of all personal robots."
The machine data is used to generate preventive alerts on an individual base, in order to
help you achieve the best performance with your personal robot."
22.3 Remote intervention"
We will contact you and request your permission in case it is needed to perform a remote
intervention whereby one of EEVE team members can take over your personal robot
remotely."
