      If USB devices connected to your Eizo monitor aren't working, first check whether the USB cable is correctly connected. Try changing the USB port to another one. Reboot the PC. Check whether the PC and OS are USB compliant and check the PC’s BIOS setting for USB when using Windows.

      If the Eizo monitor's power indicator isn't lighting up, make sure the power cord is properly connected. If the issue continues, try turning the monitor off, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on. Also, check if the PC is turned on. You may also need to increase the “Brightness”, “Contrast”, or “Gain” in the Setting menu or switch the input signal. Move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard. If the screen is still not displayed, turn the monitor off and on using its power button.

      When two monitors are connected to one PC using DisplayPort, and the power to one of the monitors is turned off with the power button, the screen setting may be changed to the single monitor configuration. To solve this, enable the “DP HotPlug” function: First, turn off the monitor. Then, hold down the button while pressing the power button to turn the monitor on. Each time the operation enables / disables this function alternatively. The current setting status can be identified based on the color used to display the input port or signal error.
