In this environment you can do the following:
● Select manual movement of axis: pressing the JOG allows you to select either the
manual or in JOG axis system. If you select the manual movement ,the arrow keys
will be displayed in gray, while in case of mode selection JOG they are shown with
green background.
● Manual movement of axis: pressing the arrow keys when they have a gray
background, you can perform forward movements (arrow pointing to the right) or
backward movements (arrow pointing left) of the axis related to the button. The
movement will start when button is pressed and stop when button is released. The
speed of these movements can be set in the field "Speed". NOTE: For safety
reasons , reverse movements of the chain are turned off.
● JOG Movement of axis: by pressing the arrow keys when they have green
background, you can perform incremental forward movements (arrow pointing to
the right) or backward movements (arrow pointing left) of the axis related to the
button. When the button is pressed ,the corresponding axis will perform an
incremental movement of different lengths depending on the axis:
◦ Blades : current period based on number of jaws (1 = 360 ° , 2=180 ° , 4 = 90°)
◦ Roller: "package length"
◦ Chain: "Chain pitch"
The speed used in the execution of these movements can be set in the field "Speed".
NOTE: For safety reasons the reverse movements of the chain are turned off.
● Semi-automatic movement of the axis: Pressing the button "GOTO" results in the
executes positioning of the ABSOLUTE position set in the "Target" field at the
speed set in the "Speed" field. ATTENTION: since the positioning is performed to
an absolute quote , the movement could be very long! NOTE: For safety reasons
the reverse movements of the chain are prevented.
● Homing a single axis: Pressing the "START" button causes the execution of homing
to the single axis related to the button pressed.
