2.1.3 INSERTING NUMERIC VALUES
In all windows, numerical values displayed in red can be changed by the operator. To
change a value , just tap the screen at the value to be modified, enter the new value and
confirm your entry by pressing the button "ENTER" on the keyboard. In case you want to
stop the operation simply press the exit button at the top right of the keyboard
For security reasons ,it is possible that some fields could not be edited in certain cases (for
example during work cycle in progress)
The numeric value shown in black are not editable.
2.1.4 ALARMS
In all "operating" environments , a status bar and a button are present to access the alarm
log. In case of alarm the status bar will display the corresponding message , and the
button will be displayed with red background. In case of alarm in progress it will not be
possible any axis motion of the system. For a description of possible alarms, see the
corresponding chapter.
2.2 – SOFTWARE STRUCTURE
The software consists of the following environments:
1. Splash-Screen: displays the currently selected logo and the software versions :
EFPLCAC0 (bottom left) and firmware TOP7 PLC (bottom right);
2. HOMING: homing of the machine, which is required every time the machine is turned
on;
3. WORK ENVIRONMENT: configuration parameters of the current product to be
packaged, working temperatures, “phase” between product and the film;
4. MANUAL: free movement of the axes ;
