USER MANUAL TOP7
SW: EFPLCAC0
Date:
15/02/2016
In this environment you can set the axes parameters . As described below , will be valid
for all three axes. Is possible to select the axis , by touching the screen at the axis name
field .
The adjustable parameters are:
"Acceleration time": time in seconds used by the axis to go from zero to its
maximum speed. This acceleration ramp is used in the movements of homing,
manual, semi-automatic and pre-positioning in the start cycle. In the “blades axis” ,
it is also used in the positioning at the end of the homing cycle.
"Deceleration time": time in seconds used by the axis to go from maximum speed to
zero. This deceleration ramp is used in the movements of homing, manual,
semi-automatic and pre-positioning in the start cycle. In the “blades axis” , it is also
used in the positioning at the end of the homing cycle.
"Quote loop" axis shift corresponding to a motor revolution. WARNING: change this
parameter with extreme caution!
"Pulse number": number of pulses corresponding to an internal drive motor
revolution. WARNING: this value must be left 65536 and should not be changed. If
you need to change the axis development, change the previous parameter.
"Speed adjustment": speed value used in the execution of the homing cycle.
"Quote calibration": absolute position corresponding to the homing sensor for the
axis. WARNING: Changing this parameter determines the movement of the zero
axis and therefore must be done with extreme caution.
"Motor direction": setting the direction of the motor movement . CAUTION:
Changing of this data will lead to reversing the direction of movement of the axis
and therefore must be done with extreme caution.
"Speed movements": speed used in any pre-position of the axis at the beginning of
the cycle , and for the knives : “ park movement “ at the end of the homing cycle .
