CHAPTER 4 –WARNING MESSAGES
The software monitors for emergency conditions . Depending on the emergency , a
related message will be displayed ( listed below):
● "Emergency push button": the emergency button is pressed (digital input number
4 is false logic state). In this case, release the emergency button or, if already
released , verify its connection to TOP7.
● "Carter opened": safety carter is open (digital input number 5 is false logic state).
In this case, close the cover or, if already closed, verify its connection to TOP7. In
this situation , axis movements are still permitted ( in manual environment ).
● "Axis chain not present": the drive axis control for the chain is off or disconnected
and therefore not detected by TOP7.
● "Axis blades not present": the drive axis control for the blades is turned off or
disconnected and therefore not detected by TOP7.
● "Axis roller not present": the drive roller axis control is turned off or disconnected
and therefore not detected by TOP7.
● "Axis chain alarm": the drive axis control for the chain is in alarm state. For
details of the alarm refer to the documentation of the drive.
● "Axis blades alarm": the drive axis control for the blades is in alarm. For details of
the alarm refer to the documentation of the drive.
● "Axis roller alarm": the drive axis control for the rollers is in alarm. For details of
the alarm refer to the documentation of the drive.
● "Emergency FTC chain": the adjustable control in the parameter "Number of
emergency periods FTC"has been activated. The number of cycles set in parameter
were executed ,without transition of the chain 's FTC.
● "Emergency FTC blades": the adjustable control in the parameter "Number of
emergency periods FTC"has been activated. The number of cycles set in parameter
were executed ,without transition of the chain 's FTC.
