Final Assembly
Remove the covering over the self-adhesive side of the foam pad and press the adhesive side against the
speaker magnetic shield (see Figure 51). The pad will compress between the loudspeaker and the top of the
KRX3Aenclosure when the cover is installed.

Be sure the TPM cable between the KXREF3 and Main KSYN3A board does not lie on the area where the
speaker pad will press against the KRX3 top cover (see Figure 52). Tuck the cable down alongside the KRX3A
enclosure as shown.
