cup portion of the shaft seal to the

beater shaft. Must be lubricated.

6 SEAL - BEATER SHAFT Seals the

opening between the freezing

cylinder and the beater shaft. Do

not lubricate.

7 BUSHING - SHAFT Holds breaker

bar in beater shaft.

8 QUAD RING Separates beater

shaft and washer shaft seal.

1 SHAFT - BEATER (REEL) Rotates

in the freezing cylinder to keep

product blended.

2 BLADE - SCRAPER Scrapes the

frozen product from the freezing

cylinder wall.

3 SPRING - BLADE Holds the blade

against the cylinder wall.

4 BAR - BREAKER Keeps product

blended in the center of the beater

shaft.
