PRESSER BAR HEIGHT
The standard presser bar height is 6.5-6.8 mm between the presser foot and needle
plate when the presser bar lifter is up position (ref. Fig. 1).
1. Remove the face plate (see page 3).
2. Remove the set screw A and remove the lamp socket set plate B.(ref. Fig. 2)
3. Raise the presser bar lifter.
4. Loosen the screw A and adjust the presser bar height.(ref Fig. 3)
5. Tighten the screw A. Make sure that the presser foot is paralleled with the openings
for the feed dog.
6. Attach the lamp socket set plate B and face plate.
